DI Manage has developed a sophisticated and flexible reporting system that processes time and attendance data to provide essential statistics, obtainable via web access, to assist with the management of ill health or opportunistic sick leave. The D I Absence Management model was developed to improve productivity and enhance the bottom line for the Employer, as well as to reduce the costs of employee benefits in the longer term by improving general claims experience in the area of medical aid costs and disability / life cover.

Our intervention includes guidance with the implementation of an incapacity counselling procedure in accordance with relevant legislation, as well as identification and facilitation of cases requiring medical referral or intervention e.g. Employee Assistance Programmes, on-site wellness clinics, independent specialist opinions, ergonomic realignments, optimized treatment, rehabilitation etc. The process includes feedback on outcomes of prior recommendations and interventions, and tracking of identified employees.
