Introducing Wellness Programs into organizations has proven to reduce healthcare and disability costs, enhance productivity, reduce absenteeism, and address potential future health issues proactively.
A fundamental aspect of wellness is implementation of an Employee Assistance Program, aimed at helping employees manage their work and personal problems which may have impaired well-being and job performance.
